Deborah has over 25 years of marketing, strategy and business development experience, with particular expertise in positioning and helping clients attract, engage and retain customers and stakeholders.

Deborah has managed, launched, repositioned, marketed and sold products and services in multiple sectors, including clients in education, health care, and nonprofits. She was selected to be a Baldrige Quality Improvement Examiner for Partners in Performance Excellence in 2013. Deborah also teaches and mentors international managers in marketing, communications and business practices.

Deborah’s proven track record has translated into tangible results for her clients: Identifying profitable markets, new service offerings, achieving greater revenue growth, higher retention rates, and more engaged and satisfied customers.

Deborah’s nonprofit and education clients have gained a clear plan for their future, market differentiation, new partnerships, more donors, and higher gift values.

Over the years, Deborah has enjoyed sharing her knowledge and experience by conducting seminars, speaking on panels and hosting a Bloomberg radio show on marketing topics. She has also taught undergraduate and MBA courses in entrepreneurship, branding and international marketing, for Northeastern University, Showa University of Tokyo, Mass Bay Community College and New England School of English.

Deborah holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University.
